To the Moderators’ Department-Women’s Auxiliary-Laymen-Ushers-All AuxiliariesLet me take this opportunity to thank you again for your participation in our 2007 Moderators’ Session of our Convention’s Annual Session.We are looking forward and asking you again to be a part of our session this year, which will begin on November 10, 2008 at 1:30pm at the New Bethel Baptist Church, Crossett, AR.Rev. Jessie Radford is the host pastor. The President of the Moderators’ Auxiliary, Dr. O. D. Woods, will bring his annual address, at 7:00pm. All Moderators, Pastors and Preachers are asked black and white.Our Conference will continue on Tuesday, November 11, 2008 at 1:30 pm, and will end at 4:30pm.The Moderators’ and Pastors’ Conferences have been combined to improve our auxiliary.We are looking for the participation of all auxiliaries, especially during the annual address time, November 10th at 7:00pm.Thank each and every one of you,
